A crisp,cool day is in store for us today.Remember to get in the "pink" this month for breast cancer awareness. Early detection is the key. Looked at the calendar this morning and I can't believe it 50 days until Thanksgiving!!! Let the countdown begin....

Good Monday everybody!! We did it!! Another Seagull Century under the belt!! So proud of my husband going 100 miles on the bike of course!! I did at least 65 then 30 on Sunday!! Oh those recovery rides!! Got a busy week coming up. My good buddy John Glove is coming in on Friday to be a part of the show then Walk for Awareness with Women Supporting Women is this Saturday morning.

Finally Friday y'all!! Had to jump on to say "what a great looking day". Don't you about you but I love these cooler temps. Wish me and my husband luck for tomorrow's Seagull Century. Have a great weekend.
