This one comes to us courtesy of the not-always-reliable British tabloids. So-called "sources" say RIHANNA and CHRIS BROWN are getting married this summer.  He proposed after the Grammys, she accepted, and it's happening in her native Barbados.

 And it's going to be wild.  A source says, quote, "It's all about swagger, bling and sin.  They want tattoo artists, fire breathers and a near-naked waitstaff.
