Katy Perry, Bon Jovi, Jennifer Hudson, and Earth, Wind & Fire played at the '30 Days to Victory' concert to pull in last-minute donations for Obama's campaign
(WENN) - Katy Perry, Jennifer Hudson, Stevie Wonder and Bon Jovi hit the stage to perform for President Barack Obama in Los Angeles on Sunday night.
Earth, Wind & Fire also played at the 30 Days to Victory concert at the Nokia Theater to pull in last-minute donations for Obama’s campaign, ahead of the U.S. elections next month.
Obama was the guest of honor at the sold-out event, where actor George Clooney also made a special appearance to introduce Wonder.
Perry took to Twitter.com to show off her patriotic manicure, featuring the President’s face, writing:
After the show, Obama headed next door to Wolfgang Puck’s chic WP24 for an exclusive dinner where VIP guests paid $25,000 per plate.
It is estimated the two events pulled in as much as $5 million for Obama.
