Rumors swirled Thursday claiming Adele and Simon had tied the knot

Adele is expecting her first child with boyfriend husband boyfriend Simon Konecki - and she managed to keep the pregnancy a secret for some time before revealing the news to the world. So it's no surprise rumors began swirling that Adele may have kept another secret - that she and Simon got married!
Multiple sources reported Thursday that Adele and Simon tied the knot in secret, as "evidenced" by Adele sporting a gold band on that finger and a guest who claims to have been present for the ceremony.
A source told the Daily Mail, "They did get married, and I was present. It was a fabulous occasion," adding, "Adele was dressed in a classic attire and Simon looked very smart and joyous."
Not so fast, folks - don't believe everything you read in the tabloids. Adele herself responded to this rumor via Twitter Thursday afternoon. She writes:
Set fire to that rumor.
