Prize Hours are open Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 5:00pm. The office is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and most major holidays. Prize hours are subject to change and typically end early on the Friday or weekday before a holiday so check back on this page for updates. Make sure you bring a photo ID with you when you come to pick up your prize, prizes will not be released unless you have an ID. You may be required to fill out a W9 form depending on the value of the prize. Please check with us if you plan on having someone else pick up a prize for you. Please email promotions for instructions on what they need to bring. We do not mail prizes you must pick your prize up at our offices in Salisbury, MD (directions below)
